On my way to an old-growth forest, I came across a high mountain stream. The water was too cold for algae to grow, which would have clouded the water and covered the stones. I could see clear to the bottom, and was struck by the variety of stone’s colors.

It is a unique version of an acrylic print that gives images the impression of being backlit. It has richer contrast and extreme sharpness.
